No it's not. 0bama casually kicked a keg of black powder into the middle of a match throwing fight. Hondurans are furious at him and they have a right to be. His idiot remarks, in complete contradiction of the facts, did far more to create a dangerous atmosphere in Honduras than Hugo Chavez' impotent blustering.
Good to see that things are getting better and worse.
