Go Sheriff Joe. Arrest the federal investigators for trespassing.

They don’t have to prove anything they can lie about.
Ask Ted Stevens

The only problem with the presser was that he failed to mention ACORN about 5 times!

Hey Sheriff — Obama wants you to conveniently roll over and resign like the auto GM did. That’s what you’re supposed to do when you earn the Ire of Obama. You’re supposed to be proactive!

Sheriff Joe should know better than just about anyone that you never, ever have a 'friendly chat' with a Fed while there's a stenographer in the room.
Apologies to Humphrey Bogart...

I would suggest the security guard at the Atlanta park explosion as a much better and damning example. In the case of Stevens, its an O. J. example - they tried to frame a guilty man.

Is this the Federal law or is Joe blowing legal smoke?

The first state to actually enforce the 14th amendment will become my new state of residence. Once there, I will gladly do whatever is necessary to keep out the 1) ACLU, 2) ACORN, and any idiotic piece of Obama EPA Obamahole.
Somehow methinks the residents of that state will be capable of deciding how much CO2 to emit, etc. without the help of some liberal arts major lawyer who has never created anything of worth.

He is being Alinksyized. The bulls-eye is on his back, and he will be hounded by the government and the Government Media until he is driven from office and perhaps imprisoned.

Ah yes, Richard Jewel.
It wasn’t that Ted is pure as the driven snow (alaska joke) but that the FedGov bastards lied and made up stuff from whole cloth.
Their ‘star’ witness was himself under the gun for both bribery/RICO but also sex with underage girls and drug dealing - just the kind of ‘believeable witness’ the FedGov loves to use.

Joe is such a law and order guy that any Fed investigators better mind their P’s and Q’s lest he catch them doing something shady in their investigations and arrest them too!
To: pissant
Looks like odinga and his minions want to be on the losing side of a race war.
