It’s even worse than that. In the Kelo decision the Supreme Court effectively ruled that the government owns all real property and the subjects only rent it from the government, which can, if they want, take it away and give it to someone else who is willing to pay higher rent. The Court changed our country into a feudal society rather than a republic.
