This is why we have the death penalty in Texas. A slimeball like Lombard should not be walking the earth. In times past, an “organized community” would have taken care of a perp like this.
Numbers are a curious thing. Using your logic I think it would also be fair to caution all to remember:

...that most blacks don’t get welfare. Moreover, welfare is not the exclusive domain of blacks. There are plenty whites and Asians with welfare around out there.
...that most blacks and Hispanics aren’t in jail. Moreover, jail is not the exclusive domain of blacks and Hispanics. There are plenty whites and Asians in jails out there.
I think what people worry about is the greater “chance” among one group vs another. Blacks make up apprx. 13% of the population but make up 37% of welfare recipients. Whites make up apprx. 74% of the population and make up 38% of welfare recipients. So yes, you could factually say more white get welfare than blacks.
If homosexuals make up apprx. 2% of the population but commit apprx. 32% of child molestation, yes you can factually say heterosexuals commit more but that ignores a big part of the story.

We have been told so many times that homosexuals aren’t child predators... So they cannot admit that it does happen, and far too often.
