Actually, the use of baby is incorrect. You should have ended that sentence with the word "Yo" as as in; "You be's da man, yo." Yo is also used to precede a sentence as well as end it and can be used TWICE in the same sentence if you wish to, as in "Yo, you done got in my way, yo."
However, "you be's" is a totally correct conjugation even if you leave the 's off the end. Either way. I have a degree.
