Sarah should think about switching to a treadmill or some other cardio workout machine.

Outdoor running is a lot more interesting, but my knees were shot beforeI turned 50. Of course, some of it had to do with playing high school football.

These have been posted several times already.
Not that I get tired of looking at them.

by the way, if you have a digg account, digg the article. So far, it's only got about 2 or 3 diggs.

I don't know if Palin will be ready for 2012 (and really, she needs to be ready 1.5 - 2 years earlier), but I like the comparisons to Quayle. First of all, Quayle wasn't stupid, but he wasn't as articulate as he could've been.

Second, if W hadn't popped up out of nowhere (which, really, he did), Quayle would've been polling a lot higher, gathering all the I-wish-we-still-had-Bush-instead-of-Clinton sentiment.

His biggest problem was overcoming public perception. The biggest difference between him and Palin was that he was in the spotlight for 4 years as V.P. where ever gaffe was amplified. The press is remedying that now with Palin.
