I don't think I'd have too much trouble going out there. When I was 22, I went up in the CN tower's observation deck.

I laid on one of the 45 degree supports pictured above and took a picture straight down. I think I was trying to impress a girl.

I had a ride on a RC135 while I was in the air force. I laid beside the boom operator. We were at 13,000 feet laying down on a piece of glass.
