it obviously terrified Bozo the WH clown.

The U.S. military would have no trouble taking Bozo to the airport and sending him back to Kenya. I'd love to see it happen and Bozo is afraid it could happen.

Yawn. Serrano puts that proposed amendment in the hopper at the start of every Congress, whether the President is Republican or Democrat.

Note that it has no cosponsors. Which means it will go nowhere and he will reintroduce it again in the next Congress, barring his death, conviction, or defeat.
