Keep in mind that Liberman is a top dog in the Democratic Leadership Conference and the DLC officially cosigned the letter from the Project for a New American Century(Neo-Con thinktank) urging Bush to invade Iraq.
Lieberman is not a Republican, unless he has changed parties today.
