So, if you are an American citizen and you commit a crime, you get to go to prison. But, if you are a Mexican citizen committing a crime in America you get a free trip back to Mexico. Plus, you get to come back to the good old USA whenever you please to start the cycle of crime over again because there is nothing stopping you from doing so. Sounds like a pretty good deal for Mexican criminals.
