I don't however think Prejean will ultimately sue, because I doubt she technically has a case, unless the "second chance" was somehow legally perfected and her slate wiped clean. That is why IMO that Lewis keeps bringing of the semi-nude photos she did to show that she breached her contract and does not show direct evidence that she did not attend scheduled events.
I agree. We only saw a few emails, and we don’t know what came before...but she certaily sounded snippy and unprofessional in them.
If she chooses to go forward with a lawsuit, she'll be sorry. I think they have enough on her. She should thank the pageant for the opportunities they gave her and MOVE ON with her career. They made her a household name. Like Vanessa Williams she could use that to her favor or remain a victim....she'll have to decide.

If a heterosexual would have attacked a homosexual for simply voicing their belief there would have been demands for justice from the homosexuals.
