The brewing scandal smells like the Beltway cronyism of the Bush years

They had to get that in there. Probably referring to the completely legal and legitimate firing of three US prosecuters.

Why do we have AmeriCorps? Where is its foundation in the Constitution?

Should republicans take back the house, the first order of business should be a few dozen articles of impeachment.

I can’t think of a better way to inform the American people about the criminal syndicate infesting the whitehouse.

"The brewing scandal smells like the Beltway cronyism of the Bush years."

First, the article (with the above quote) was written by Michelle Malkin. In addition to being a conservative, she's an accurate reporter.

Second, there was in fact "cronyism of the Bush years."

I personally know of a large contract that was awarded without proper bid documents, to the sole bidder. And I didn't read about it in the newspapers or on FR.

Reinstate Walpin, or Obama impeached.

This firing,in contravention of a law Obama co-sponsored, the illegal use of TARP funds for GM and Chrysler, the taking of secured bondholders money without compensation, the awarding of stock to UAW cronies in the new car companies, the warranteeing of cars without any appropriation by Congress, and the appointment of “czars” with oversight authority with no approval by Congress are all unconstitutional.

Today, Obama will announce expansion of the Fed’s authority over the financial system. The Fed has no authority over anything unless granted by Congress.

This President, his corrupt administration, and this crop of 535 members of Congress are taking control of this country without regard to law or the Constitution.

Scenes like those in Teheran yesterday will be in our future if this trend is not reversed.

In this travesty I see no reminders of the Bush years.

I see the political shenanigans of Chicago during the Capone years.

The IP was on Glenn Beck’s TV show on Monday. The IP didn’t mince words about his firing. BO has another growing problem on his hands.

Didn’t Obama state that this man couldn’t stay focused or something like that?

No doubt that in each and every administration cronyism has occured. My point was that the Obamanation has VIOLATED FEDERAL LAW.... something that I have yet to see anyone provide a case against President Bush.

The Obamanation is the MOST CORRUPT Administration ever in the history of the US based on:

- number of federal laws violated prior to occupying the White House
- number of federal laws violated since occupying the White House
- number of dollars missappropriated since occupying the White House

The other day my husband, a small business owner, was feeling down over the avalanche of bad things to come from Obama. All of this after my husband had a horrendous year battling cancer. So I tried to cheer him up- but let’s face it- there wasn’t much I could say. So then I said look, we will take back the House and Senate in 2010 and impeach the bastard because we CAN.

He got the biggest smile on his face and told me that thought made his day. I hope that thought makes some of your days a little brighter too.

I admire your grit but there is NO WAY the GOP will get back the Senate in 10 and will be lucky to not lose any seats there as the GOP has far more up for grabs then the dummos.

I would like to see the GOP at least capture a net three or so to remove the threat of majority mandate.

On the house side, I think the GOP has a shot at gaining some seats...again getting a majority may not be in the cards but any gain of more than 10 or so would be nice.

Besides, our plight is not so much of GOP verses Dems as it is conservative libertarian verses lefty socialist and there will be some gains in that arena for the good guys.

0bama comes out of the Chicago ACORN.
He understands that all of these community organizations exist to first and foremost embezzle tax dollars for the network of activists who run them.
