I'm not sure what you're asking or saying. I believe the story is openly wondering if the US is a good friend to Israel anymore. Clearly the answer is "no". Not under Obama.

That said - Obama carried the vote of most Jewish Americans in 2008. And despite hanging Israel out to dry, he'll carry the Jewish American vote in 2012.

Obama carried the Jewish vote in 2008. He'll carry it again in 2012.

That's assuming that (1) we'll have a legitimate presidential election in 2012, (2) Obama will run for re-election, and (3) Obama will get the 'Rat nomination.

If all these things come to pass, Obama's % of the Jewish vote will be sharply decreased, just as it will among just about every voter demographic, except Muslims.

Obama's loyalties, and those of the majority of liberal American Jewry, don't lie with Israel. So Israel needs to shop for another ally. In his offices in the Kremlin, Putin will receive its leaders with open arms, dark bread, marinated herring and some bottles of Stoli.

Israel doesn't need the US, Russia, or any other country. I suggest it turn to Melekh Malkhei HaMelakhim, HaQadosh Barukh Hu' and tell the nations of the world where to get off.

Israel already has good relationships with India, China, Japan, Russia and many other Asian countries. The alliance with United States is based on shared values and long-term common interests - rather than just temporary convenience. The Obama era will pass.

It appears every one knows what a pantywaist President we have and how stupid American Jews, for the most part, are. We need to get control of the house and senate in 2010, with conservatives, not necessarily republicans. Only conservatives will start legal proceedings against the criminals now running our country. RINOs are as guilty as dimwits for the mess we have now, the criminal in chief needs to be ousted as soon as we can get a majority in the legislature. Impeach him soon.
