Actually, in my opinion, the real problem is public schools and most private schools. Home schooled kids are protected from some of the nonsense that can start as early as 9 years old these days...

but I dont think we should hold this up as a good reason to teach abstinence only, considering India is the second most populous nation in the world, and has a birthrate 50% higher Abstinence before marriage - how many pre-marital births in India v/s those in the US ? Also, the birthrate in India is significantly higher partly because of the Muslim population growing by leaps and bounds.

Also the US birth rate would have been significantly higher were it not for the large number of abortions.
