Saw the report on Fox. NK probably got the very direct message. I imagine fitting nuclear warheads to ICBMs requires a certain amount of secrecy. Kim Jong Mentally-Ill's spies probably can surf with California's best while trying to learn our plans for retaliation against any attacks on American territory like Hawaii or Alaska. Mentally-Ill loves to launch rockets on American holidays like July 4. I'm glad the military apparently got Zero's attention on this one.

They regularly do this before launches so that if something goes wrong with the launch, and there are debris, it minimizes the chances of someone being hit/hurt.
