"...Illegals doing illegal things...."

I live in houston, and have seen just about every illegal poaching behavior possible. Where there is a muddy canal, odds are there is a Mexican nearby raping it of all life forms.

It is no strawman question, I asked a straight forward question: Do you think there should be no game and fish laws? Answer the question, should people be allows to spotlight deer, should there be no size or creel limits on any type of fish? Try to answer the question without claiming strawman, or can you not be honest. You sound like an old man that got caught with an over limit bag of brown trout all of which were undersized, he told the warden he should be out catching people that were committing crimes. BTW: Several of us had told him before about keeping trout that were too small. So, how many times have you been caught?

Just goes to prove they don’t care about our country or it’s laws. Criminals from the moment they set foot here.

Yeah it is.

We were talking about clams. Fish are a different noun, a differet thing. Language and laws are plastic, flexible, you are not.

Anyways, just to entertain you, because I have actually thought about this way, way more and longer than you....

I’d remove what is called ‘the tragedy of the commons’ ( You will have to inform your self of this basic common law property problem. )

I have no problem with spotlighting, scoping, tracking deer. Couldn’t care less about, minor glorified rabbets.

Fish would be private property of lake, stream or river owners. Not that you would know, but as in England. Hence it wouldn’t be a state problem.

Never been caught, as my best hunting in thick brush was armed humans. Fat, dull, sleeping to pension state workers would be child’s play. Otherwise, catching fish, sharks, marlin, dolphin, deer, snook is boring. I suppose if you are mentally dull, it has it’s attractions. I wouldn’t know.

The ‘game’ officer were wasting tax dollars on a pointless, beurcratic, nitpicking, fake, harmless in any measure offense. It take a certain type of stupid to do that for a living.

1. Unlike England MOST waterways in this country are “owned” by the public, NOT wannabe gentry such as your self. Side note: When Old Hickory Lake was put in 50+ years ago, it is right outside Nashville, real estate agents were telling people that they “owned” coves that their property was on and could force people out of it. A bunch of people had the Corp of Engineers smack them down.

2. Attitudes such as yours help those that would do away with fishing and hunting as a sport.

3. Unlike you I would like to be able to take my grandkids fishing WITHOUT having to ask a Liege’s permission. Although, from you postings I get the feeling you think you should be above everyone.

4. To be so strongly against G&F laws and their enforcement you must have gotten caught breaking them big time.

The State can continue to own the waterways. Duh. Fish, and other rights, just like oil, water, minerals can be leased, sold, rented to private parties. What do you think Venezuela is the way to go to manage and exploit oil, crops....fish?

The state is the Liege.

Your grandkids will be serfs, or neo-slaves, and the master will be the state.

I can’t think of a game law that I have broken as I am most salt water.

The feeble notion that radical difference in a political opinion is criminal is very illuminating of you.
