I would guess a MAJORITY OF ALL AMERICANS meet this criteria. Unless of course your heritage is full blooded indian

I would estimate that a majority of Americans don't meet this criteria. I certainly don't meet this criteria and my heritage isn't full blooded Indian. I was born in the United States and both of my parents are American citizens who were born in the United States.
