Not all moslems are worthless pigs and it's certainly possible that the Commander is one of the decent ones.But a large enough percentage of them *are* pigs that we must be,at the very least,*very* cautious in allowing any of them to serve in our Armed Forces.

The funny part is that it is another Muslim whose father is a Muslim Brotherhood member praising him. Should we do cartwheels over this? Is this supposed to offset the threat that Islam brings to the world? “Moderate” Muslims are not coming to the rescue.

The reason another Muslim was vouching for him was because a navy journalist thought it would be a neat hook in the story.

I’ve known CDR. Khan since he was a LT. He’s been a division officer, an XO, and a CO of the S-3 Viking squadrons (those were the sub-hunting jets the US got rid of last year).

He also has a brother in the service.

BTW, I’ve never seen him with a Koran, that is a staged photo in the ships chapel.

Who ever thought of this should read a Koran, it is nothing to be promoting. Articles like this just spread false hope that after 1400 years “moderate” Muslims are coming to the rescue.
