Seems like the Earth is restless. Quakes even here in Dallas/Fort Worth.

What is up with all the earthquakes all of a sudden? It seems that every time I turn around, somebody is getting an earthquake. I don’t remember there being this many earthquakes when I was a boy.

This looks to be in the Owen’s Valley, where big quakes rattle no population.

This whole area around Owens Lake is “Rock and Roll”
country. Small quakes almost every day.

Follow an earthquake notification service. The USGS is one and a lot on Twitter. There are earthquakes every few minutes.

BTW, the earth is always moving.

Ah, I have friends in Arcata. Beautiful. Actually, so much of California is beautiful [much to the the chagrin of certain Freepers].
