As is ours - we are neither Republican or Democrat, we are Americans! I wish you a huge success! From the 3,000 you drew to your April 15th event, it sounds like you have a lot of fed up tax payers willing to stand up and be heard! That's a huge amount for the size of your community. I heard Santa Barbara had a Tea Party too. We drew 8,000 to ours here at the Central Valley Tea Party in Fresno, and the crowd will be much bigger at the Agri-center on the 4th, because Bakersfield is participating too.
The people's voices will be heard loud and clear across the land on the 4th!
I have a couple of questions:
What percentage of the "names" behind this particular effort have offices within a mile of the Capitol building?
And:
Why are there no Republicans on their list of targeted incumbents, not even those who voted for TARP and/or the bailouts?
One more, just for laughs:
If Arlen Specter still had an "R" by his name, would he now be on their target list?

Why would you want to know that? It's a loaded question.
Everybody they are targeting and will target are not on the "list."
I'm sure you can find out this information from the people that are running the tour, but you are in it for the "laughs" and are obviously antagonistic towards this effort.

It took about five seconds to smell a funny smell and about twenty minutes to get to the bottom of the whole thing.
Well, at least as close to the bottom as I cared to go.
The media is going to have a field day when their preferred story line - that the Tea Party’s are astro-turf - proves to be true in the end, and at that point will easily destroy any good that the 9-12 or the Tea Party movements have done or will ever be able to do.

That’s bogus and you know it. I’m simply pointing out the fact that when it becomes apparent that the Republican Party is completely co-opting the grassroots 9-12 and Tea Party movements that they’re all going to be politically skinned alive. That will be a grave disservice to this country and the hopes of patriots for saving it.
