Chris Dodd, Bawney Fwag, and more than a few others should follow this example.

If it was North Korea, I would suggest murder, but they wouldn't bother to cover it up.
Kim would just execute him.

Heck of a way to kill yourself. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he had a little “help”.

Heck of a way to kill yourself. It wouldnt surprise me in the least if he had a little help. Fredo had the help of a bodyguard, too.

“Mr. Roh was accompanied by a bodyguard during his hike”?
Did this bodyguard take his job literally and guard Mr. Roh’s body until the police arrived?
A sad end, and my sympathies to Mr. Roh’s family.
To: 4rcane
He left a suicide note.
Roh has been greatly embarrassed by recent revelations of a bribery scandal involving not only himself, but members of his immediate family. This from a guy who was swept into office with promises to clean up the corruption of Korean politics.
Perhaps he thought the only "noble" thing to do would be to end it all.

Is he the guy who invented the “sunshine policy”?
And was later found to have been secretly paying Li’l Kim cash tribute under the table in exchange for a fake diplomacy?
He should have learned from us, waited a few years, then went on a redemption tour.
It took Dick Nixon about fifteen years but that has been brought down to as many months.

Rest In Peace, Mr. President Roh.
At this point, politics don’t matter.
I will pray for your family...
