Are there no convoys starting south of Tulare and driving north?

The last I heard, there was a convoy planned coming up from Bakersfield, but I haven't see the schedule, so I don't know the times or locations. I will see what I can find out about it and let you know.

That will be great if you can come down, Jim. Amy, are you up for a mid-week trip down to Tulare? I will be there (on Starbuck's corner of Prosperity and Hillman), probably arriving at 5:30 or so. There is a huge parking lot there.

Jk has a job to shoot until 8:00 (he may be finished earlier - I hope), we can go to dinner after the street blitz and Jk will join us when he can. I have a couple places in mind.

It will be nice having you, Sheila and Chris on our turf for a change. ;-) Bring your Gadsden flag. I have enough signs for all of you, if you don't bring your own.

I haven't heard. Just like with the actually Freedom Rally, we have no idea what the numbers will be. I hope they are HUGE!

I wish I could participate in the convoy, it sounds like a lot of fun, but, since we are already in Tulare, we will be part of the "welcoming committee". :-)

We are setting up an information booth for FR. Look for us and come by and say "howdy". :-)

Here is the latest Bakersfield convoy info just now posted on the facebook event page...

BAKERSFIELD CONVOY INFORMATION!!! We want to begin our journey from Bakersfield to FREEDOM as a convoy with our decorated Tea Party cars and rule Highway 99 all the way to the 4th of July Freedom Rally in Tulare! We are meeting at Northwest Prominade Shopping Center (Walmart Parking Lot) 8400 Rosedale Hwy 7:30 AM on the morning of the 4'th. We will leave for the event shortly after. Please display american flags, signs, and other tea party decorations so that our vehicles will stand out and make a statement.
