manipulation of issues thru the system and its courts is nothing new for the Left... or commie huggers like the ACLU.
That Obama ever even considered such a damned fool action tells us that much more about him, an action that would have put US armed forces members at risk so he could posture and pose before the world (and mostly our enemies) as some great moral conscience and change agent.
