Some Kennedy kid trashing his hotel room and raping his date after shooting heroin into his tear ducts would be more of the party hard kind of behavior that stands out.
The pic where she is posing with Phelps with their *sses stuck out if definitely not classy. Anyway, she is hot, twenty-one and having a good time. I get it. I do have to say though, I was also once hot at twenty-one too (and did my share of partying) and would have never stuck my *ss out for someone to take a pic like that. Of course, I was the one who always refused to flash my tatas at rock concerts too.
As someone else said, I think the picture with the speedos is a joke and defintely not Michael Phelps...
One second look, I think you are right that that is not Phelps.

I like what Carrie Prejean has done with the gay marriage crap. But I must say it is discomfiting to see her cavorting around as “a Christian” with a notorious ladykiller. Is she sleeeping with him? If so, is that reflective of her “values”?
Carrie’s granmother said Phelps and Prejean had been dating. So its probably one of those ‘complicated’ situations, imo
