This is true. What the heck does it be to be “scared”? Do something about it. Expose this great pretender day and night 24/7- and speak from the rooftops about the charlatan.

Correction, IF Obama serves ONE full term you will NOT live the the presently known United States of America period. This devil means to change your country and certainly not for the good. He means to remain in office forever. Under him America will be dropping her guard in every way. Ripe for an absolutely devestating attack. CO

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America

Bollocks. He lived from the age of six to ten in Indonesia. I dont't think these are the most formative years. With these exceptions, he's lived his entire life in USA.

There are lots of good reasons to be concerned about the guy. First grade to fifth grade in Indonesia isn't really one of them.

O is also the first president(usurper) to ever scare me too. Ever since Nov.4th, when his fraudulent(ACORN,not a natural citizen) election was a done deal, I knew we were in for hell. It is actually much worse than expected. Much faster in the rate of destruction of our America. He is going for the gold. All dems are. Even our WI democraps are going for every libtard idea ever hatched. It’s a socialist free for all. If we can’t gain back some control in 2010 we are pretty much screwed six ways to Sunday.

This talk of being scared is counterproductive - Mr. Pritchett, get angry and get even.

We're going to the mattress..sooner or later...IMHO sooner would be better!

It works for me since it removed his U.S.citizenship.

Nonsense. Show me the relevant sections of the Constitution or US Code by which five years residence in a foreign country removes birthright American citizenship.

There is in fact no method by which a minor born in the USA can have his citizenship revoked, by his own or another's action. Only fully documented informed consent denunciation of US citizenship can have this effect, and this can only be done by an adult.

I know that the obamunists and his rationalizers have clearly rejected the principle of Occam’s Razor when it comes to Hussein’s NBC constitutional eligibility. But Hussein’s multiple citizenships might have adverse consequences to him for the narrow issue of NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP, the sole attribute being eligibility for POTUS. That and the FACT that his father’s status conferred upon him actionable claims of citizenship from two other countries, Kenya and Great Britain. (remember, his website admits to this) Your NBC status is determined at BIRTH, not when you decide to run for POTUS. I am sure to a moral certainty that Hussein is PRECISELY the reason that Article II, Sec. 1, clause 5 was created. He behaves like someone who does not place loyalty to the US as his first priority.

All this murkiness is SCREAMING for a precedental ruling from the SCOTUS. It does no good to keep sitting on this pressure cooker until it boils over. Wer are in uncharted waters with this usurper.

There is absolutely nothing in US law or court precedents that establishes three classes of citizen: natural-born and eligible to be President or veep, native-born in the USA but not eligible, and naturalized.

The rulings to date, while not absolutely clear, all point towards an extremely likely ruling that native-born and natural-born are the same thing - any person born in the USA and quite a few born outside it, depending on various factors, such as John McCain. If born in USA, status of parents is irrelevant. The only exception is the child of persons holding diplomatic immunity from another country.

Just about every explanation of this issue I’ve seen is based on what the poster thinks the law should mean, not what court decisions have said it does mean. Courts interpret the law, whether we like their decisions or not. Revolution and overthrow of the courts is the only alternative if they are rejected.

I believe Obama was born in HI and is therefore eligible. Why he appears to be unwilling to take the needed steps to put this beyond all doubt is a very good question, but I suspect has nothing to do with his actual status.

The one distinction that delinates Hussein from all the other cases is his apparent multiplicity of citizenships. I am certain beyond any doubt that the founders intended to keep such persons from the office of POTUS. I welcome all arguements, both pro and con. I do believe that proper adjudication of this issue would satisfy most as to how this matter should be reconciled, but to simply ignore it as though it is only being raised by fringe lunatics is ENTIRELY unacceptable and must not continue.
