Obama told the crowd “Your ultimate success is essential to success of our democracy” before shortly saying “Government without a tough and vibrant media is not an option for the United States of America.”
This man effortlessly speaks with forked tongue. The ‘media’ in question are in trouble precisely because they are NOT tough and vibrant, they are in the tank for this very man who needs their compliance, their complaisance. The worst possible remedy for media fiscal failure would be government dependence. Alinski strategy on a plate.
