You are entering a discussion not a private conversation when you openly post your reply on a thread instead of sending me a private comment. That then would become a two-some chat.
I sent a previous reply to you privately to help educate you rather than show up any “faults” in your reasoning, so you chose the original playing field.
I could have responded openly there too but have no animosity nor critical approach toward inexperience.
Been there and done that myself on the way to where I may be today..
Be well, be happy
That has nothing to do with the fact that you send your reply to me to everyone else in the thread. So save the spin. But I understand you need to play big man and pat yourself of on the back. Like I said immature.
You have not shown up any “faults” and you certainly are not going to give me an education on Islam.
This post is just an attack on me because you cannot refute a word a said about the “moderate” Islam fantasy.
All the more reason the Iranian, and all peoples, must arrived at the truth themselves.
No amount of shenanigans, tricks or manipulation will change their fate, only they may change their fate. The price, whether it be through blood or not, is something Americans used to not only clearly understand, but embrace.
Be that as it may your telling me things I may have known prior weren't as important as those I didn't, now.
A perspective means I learned something. Thank you. ;^)
Obama and his brood have the same mindset about Americans.
What does that have do with the fact that Iranians need to stand up for themselves if they want freedom?
30 years sounds about right. Right amount of time for the incubation to be complete. The Iranian peoples now have the answer(s) to not only why they must do what must do, but how.
As a little known American once said, "We have done so much with so little for so long. Now we can do anything with nothing". ;^)
In any event, my friend.
Yes, what you say is true and thanks to our friend, Solid Wood, I now --for the first time, incidentally--- understand this.
Learning the before hidden details doesn't change the fact the Iranian people must work hard, night and day by devising multitudes of ways to break them down and eventually win what is they seek, and, hunger for.
While other *methods* may expedite their quest, it also simultaneously plants the seeds our enemies will use to stall, even thwart an effort at liberty.
After their freedoms has been won by them, THEN we can actively move to urge this government support the new leaders & fledgling government. Not before, after.
I surely understand how hopeless what I say may at first reading.
By the same token freedom seeking Iranians live in one of the most exciting moments in their entire, storied history.
Personally I feel a certain degree of envy and great admiration knowing the kinds of peoples who'd successfully pull this off against seemingly insurmountable odds would be more than worthy of all the wonderful things that'd happen to and for them, in their very bright future.
Lack of reporting by the Western Media does not mean that citizens of Iran are not resisting the Islamic regime. If there were more truthful reporting I believe we would read that many Iranians have in fact already died fighting for their freedom.
Majid Kavoosifar... hanged for assasinating a notorious judge of the islamic regime (picture on the wall).
I have relatives from there related to the Shah. The Mullahs are closer to nukes than the Iranians are from freeing themselves. Outside of them getting nukes what is happening in Iran is meaningless to us if we and the rest of West does not address how political Islam is marching across the West. Also if Muslim immigration is not ended it is just a matter of time until Islam dominates the West.
I desperately wish that we had a clear thinking President. At present he seems to be favoring Iran. My thoughts are that the future points to a catastrophic war between the West and militant Islam. However with Britain, France, and Spain running scared I fear that Islam does indeed have a chance to dominate the West.
Enterprise, he is favoring the Islamic world over us. How is that the entire West outside of Italy and Russia are afraid to fight back? The all out war with Islam might be coming, that is another reason that we should not allow them here. If that war comes the less in America the better.
Did you see this?

In regards to the Iranians I wish them the best, I just think that have so many problems here at home that we need to worry about what is happening in the USA now.
It is as they say, a mystery to me. How can the descendants of warring Britains, Germans, French, Spanish, Scots, Irish, Pols, Romans and the Eastern European nations not have the basic pride to say NO to any culture which seeks to supplant theirs? There is NO UPSIDE to militant Islam. It will bring only poverty, slavery, and death. Past Western reasoning was that it is much better to accept death in battle than what happens if the battle is not fought.
And if Americans don't quite understand the problem Israel is having with the Palestinians, they will understand soon enough because Obama intends to resettle "hundreds of thousands" of Palestinians into the United States.
One of the Iranians was over here about 8 months or so ago. He said that Europeans are still shell shocked from WW2 and the Muslims know this and use this against them.
Thanks for the ping!
Your self quoted six years of islamic study to my 30 years of practical and useful, on site, in-countries (plural) study, dealing and experience with islam?
Sure it’s MY immaturity? Or misplaced ego to be found elsewhere?
I write this with a smile as I have no animus toward you but recognize that there is none more fanatic than a convert.
Be well, be happy and keep an open mind to learn.
So right on target. And apparently already in progress with Tea Party seedlings, soon to be saplings and where we will have blood in streets as Oba-Hussein-Khomeini has to finally use deadly force to impose his views on a reluctant, dissenting American populace.
He is so like the ayatollah Khomeini and his Soviet planned, Carter implemented views and tactics.
As you say, we too, shall have to pay for our freedom with our blood or imprisonment to wrench them back from Oba-Hussein after his power grab.
You appear to have no insight whatsover and such a distant convoluted attempt to link yourself to the royals to achieve a false credibility is sad.
Have you, like many of us (myself included) chatted with the late Shah on a regular basis? Discussed policy with him, been at a level where you could visit the palace at will? And were privy to secrets that even some of the Shah’s brothers and sisters did not know? Plus had constant and at will access to national intel and counter-intel at the highest levels?
Get real and deflate a little. There are those among us who have had real standing and a cousin ten times removed does not cut it. Makes you sound a bit ludicrous to us.
You are addressing the real McCoy here not a wannabe, so ease back a bit.
You do seem to have pertinent facts, which I can confirm as I was there - about what went on and the Carter fiasco. As you say if Bush had provided the Persian populace a tenth of the support Carter gave the Mullahs, they would be long gone.
Oba-Hussein, America’s Khomeini-Carter, will throw the Persians under the bus along with Israel.
Amusing how some think they know things about Iran and yet are totally off the radar screen and in orbit around some planet.
Reading these two articles (links below) might open their eyes.

1: What about Eastern Europe? THen again, Gorbachev probably just threw in the towel.
2: True. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the people who cheered the Shah’s ouster may have wound up wishing he won.
3: Carter was a fool.
4: Khomeini probably knew this and exploited it.
5: Could you tell me more? Like what groups did you mean.
6: See 3. What did Carter say when Khomeini’s true colors were revealed? He probably thought that Khomeini was a saint just because he was a clergyman.
7: Did the media (including the BBC) realize what suckers they were?
>We’ve got to hand it to the Western left, the Soviets and the islamists that they can get an act (historical tragedy) together.
Don’t forget naive fools and useful idiots too.
