I pity these kids that will never grow up knowing what America is all about. It is an absolute disgrace.
I’m sure a student there who wished to challenge the conventional view of Chavez as a saintly hero would find his or her challenge welcomed in the spirit of academic freedom.

So I guess the school wouldn’t object if someone gave the kids an informational session on how Cesar Chavez felt about illegal immigrants?

The Public Schools have been Left Wing hell holes for decades and decades be it Calif., Ohio, or name a state.
Only some are just finding out years to late.
Yet, Conservatives put their kids in public schools
and keep the process going.

My husband and I chose to home school for these very reasons, although my family (full of public college educated teachers) think we are right wing nut-jobs. Yeah, we are such right wing nut jobs we are not going to let our girls go to public university either. I am thinking Hillsdale College...

Most of my K-7 years were spent in the Chino Unified School District in Chino, California (San Bernardino County) and it was NOTHING like this at all! Of course, that was 1965-72. We still had corporal punishment!
The far left press on Public Schools started especially in the later 60s but from 70s on and more heavy duty and the past 20 years.
Kids don’t have a clue about common facts of American history or who Washington or Lincoln are and what time in history they live.
Actually large number of Univ. grads don’t have a clue.
Asked a master degree guy who bombed Pearl Harbor, he didn’t know. I could go on for pages with more examples.
Just take a look at the History and Gov. text books for public schools.
Good for you, a person with a clue.

Pagan academies aka socialist government schools are not worth saving.
How bad does it need to get before Christians, conservatives and constitutionalists wake up and smell the coffee and abandon these cesspools? Home schooling or private schooling is the only way to go.
