Students who demand that Rice be terminated don't realize that they'll be gone in four years, but the university will remain long afterward.
Stanford needs fundraising that a Rice (or George Schultz before her) can bring in.
They might as well demand that the Hoover Institute be shut down.

Yes you are correct. I've destroyed liberals time and time again on any number of issues but I don't thing I've ever changed their minds. So it's very frustrating to argue with them. As Ann Coulter says... "if they were rational they wouldn't be liberal"... (I'm paraphrasing)
However we must keep up the fight. Sometimes spectators who might be a little more open can be helped.
