I come here for news, not evangelism and indoctrination.

Just hoping for a little reason.

You're right. This argument cannot be won.

Jesus himself could show up and announce that he is tired of this crap, that his father used evolution to create all we see and certain people would still want to argue.

There is lots of stuff here on FR that I don't come here for.

If I come across something I think I wouldn't like, I don't click on it.

If I click on something that turns out to be something I don't like, I just close the tab and move onto the next thing.

Nothing in life is ‘perfect’

We make the best of what we get. (or go through life miserable)

You know, there is always that saying, eat the meat and spit out the bones.

Thats the exact conclusion I came to regarding the Protestant v. Catholic debates.

I still disagree with some of the theological positions the Catholics take, but I don't loose sleep over it.

Nor do I feel the need to challenge them every time they say something I disagree with.

I still sometimes post on the Religion debates, but usually its because I have something to say that I think people might be interested to hear.

God (the Father) himself could show up and announce that He, by His own might, spoke everything into existence in the space of six days, and certian people would still want to argue.

He could even write it in stone with His finger, and people would still argue.


But thats what you get when people in their wisdom decided how God did it, in spite of how He said He did it.

Oh well.


In summing up, FR (and life) is what we make of it.

Don't sweat the small stuff, gritting your teeth ain't no way to go through life.
