I also didn’t mention that Specter didn’t vote with Republican’s 80% of the time, as Lindsey Graham aluded to. His lifetime ratings are just 46%.
I don’t know how anyone can get on TV and support someone who is partly responsible for homogenization of conservative principles of freedom and liberty with liberal, constitution stomping puke to the point that no one really understands what the party stands for.
Freedom is good only 46% of the time and the rest of it is open to government to trouncing? It makes no sense.
At this point in time I’d rather be a super minority until we can get our brearings and come roaring back to fix this stuff than have conflicted and unprincipled people confusing us and the general public about what we stand for and making a mess of things indefinately.
