One semester I had took 21 hours with 4 hours of advanced Physics and 4 hours of Calc II included. By mid semester I went to the Industrial Technology department to inquire about switching....that's how bad it had gotten. It was brutal at one point, but after that the workload evened out and I was glad I stuck with it.
Our engineering department has plenty of people who think they are lawyers when they start arguing their points.

Even though I don’t use any of my undergrad in day to day activities, I’m so thankful for the education I received in the maths and sciences. It definitely made me more inquisitve of everything in life (and that is a wondeful thing). My wife and I try to expose our children to many different things so they can choose what interests them. We wish our parents had done the same for us when we were young.
