I concur. See #43.

There is ample evidence of McCain cursing anti-amnesty activists and proclaiming his dislike for them. Try again.

McCain should have condemned the overall assumptions and methodology of the report. Instead, he just took issue with the inclusion of veterans. He doesn't get it. And all you do is bleat that we're Haaaaters. I don't hate the guy. He just has shown himself to be a backstabber to the base of the GOP. And this is another example.

You are WRONG and yes I am yelling. Both my son, myself and numerous others sacrificed massive amounts of time and treasure in order to support McCain. My primary reason for doing so was his choice of Sarah Palin and his claims to supporting conservative issues. The reality is John McCain is a charlatan who stabbed us all in the back once he failed to win the election. He is a liar who will say and do anything to maintain his power. He has no qualms about throwing us all under the bus. There is nothing more to be said.

Firstly, no one would have known who the heck the governor of America's least populous state was unless McCain selected her for his running mate. He made her! Secondly, after the MSM's relentless attacks on her, coupled with her pathetically poor defense, she has about as much chance of winning the GOP nomination in 2012 as I do of making the starting lineup on an NBA team (I'm 5'7" about 223 and 62). Thirdly, and most importantly, John McCain proved his fidelity and patriotism to this country with five years of sweating torture in an NVA hellhole--it's something that your loudmouth hero (Rush as well as "B" that goes with those last three letters in his first name) can't claim. I was in Vietnam, so am a veteran and McCain is dead right on calling DHS to task on this bogus claim.

How quickly you forget that McCain really, REALLY wanted Joe Lieberman as his running mate and had to be forcefully talked out of such by his advisors. Second, after Palin revived his campaign, McCain has since repaid the favor by pointedly refusing to mention Palin as a contender for 2012. Third, you are just like McCain in kowtowing to the media - Palin is NOT damaged goods just because the media hates her, and, unlike your boss, won't bow to the media mandarins for the occasional scrap of praise from them.

McCain only objected to the inclusion of veterans. He did not take DHS to task for the larger problems with their methodology. He hardly showed any guts in doing such.

Well, if she is such a shining star and did, as you claim, revive his campaign then if I were you I'd wager with me that she'll be the odds-on favorite to capture the GOP nod against 0 because I believe she'll be totally out of it after New Hampshire.
I fully realize that there are a lot of John McCain-hating hard line Rushbots out there, but 18 percent of the electorate doesn't make for a decent shot at overturning Obama. Rule of thumb is that 30 percent of the voting populace will vote Dim no matter what, 30 percent will vote Republican. It is the 40 percent that matters and they are more persuaded by the stature of someone like John McCain than they'll ever be by Rush Limpboob.

RINOs like you also said that Reagan could never win. Reagan handily won two elections, whereas McCain got trounced by a newbie politician with no real accomplishments.

We tried your way in 2008 and got creamed. We'll try the Reagan approach again for 2012, and you can sit on the sidelines and call us morons as we follow a proven winning plan.

Yeah, sure, meandog. You sound just like the country-club pubbies who said the GOP could never win with Reagan, that the GOP had to nominate a centrist squish. It’s easy to jump on the bandwagon after Reagan already won and said you were behind him all along...

Show me where anyone said he wasn't right? He only objected to the part of the report that concerns HIM. Don't understand why you can't grasp that.

Would you explain what you mean by that statement?

Dirtbag, waaaaay back in 1979, I was an active part of Reagan's primary and eventual presidential campaigns in my home county. That's hardly jumping on the bandwagon after he won...

Interesting that he chose to defend only veterans against Napolitano’s screed.

As to other “right wing extremists,” the Senator and ME-ME-Meghan seem to agree with Napolitano.

Obama relates to them.
Obama wants to be LIKE them.
They probably can’t believe such good fortune.
