All of the rest of us do. The FBI guys work cheap, and bring their own guns and porno videos. Well, most of the time they bring their own videos. Sometimes they improvise.

It’s not yet explained just what these FBI ‘workers are’. If they are real FBI Agents then it needs to be widely exposed These are just janitors that work for the FBI at the mall. They just happen to have keys to FBI satellite control room at the mall.

Depending on the extent of disrobing and ages of the victims, it would seem that the tapes might meet the criteria for child pornography. Bad stuff -- and abysmally stupid, at the very least...
