can you believe the RINOS wanted him to switch parties to GOP and that Bush courted him for AG Sec? Sure I can believe it. He probably voted with the Rs more than some of the RINOS. Actually, AG Sec would have probably been a good appointment and the republican governor could have appointed a republican to fill his senate seat giving the republicans 56 seats.

“isnt that $9million Maobamas reduced tax withholding that well have to pay back on our 1040s?”
The Senator was quoted saying “stimulus” spending, but really didn't elaborate. My opinion is the reduced withholding is meaningless and pointless. Nothing they have done so far has been “stimulus” because it's all been about growing government. Government takes away from the economy, it doesn't contribute anything. Of course with the growing numbers of people losing their jobs, they might just actually lose enough income that they get to keep part of the reduced withholding scam.

As opposed to “the suits” in Washington who tell us what to be happy about today, like porkulus, nationalization of private enterprise, bailing out Wall St. buddies, funding rent-a-mobs to terrorize citizens.
If we are not happy with that, they call us “right-wing extremists” and suggest that LEO — and you can bet, Obammie the Commie's new “civilian defense force” (AKA brown shirts) — ought to keep an eye on us.

YIPPEE!!!!! Thanks for the info. I considered the idea of not watching the rest of this season so I didn't get sucked into next season. Glad I can finish the season smiling in the knowlege she will not be present next season.
Of course she wasn't given enough to do. She sucks as an actress and is so grotesque to look at with her failed lip botox job. Uggghhhh! Godawfulho
LOL! Love it!!!

DemonRAT, Nebraska ... although he is said to be a moderate.
The same can be said for the other Nelson, RINO, Florida.

Far too many citizens who complain about government or a specific issue are doing so with a lack of accurate information, he said. True, but the dishonest politician came first and enabled the "shouting head." When people intuitively sense something is badly wrong in government but feel they can't rely on their own representatives to actually represent them, the Olbermanns and O'Reillys rise up to fill the void.

The Ministry of Truth in “1984” would likely suit Sen. Nelson. Government vetted news is always helpful.

The alternative to the stimulus package would be to provide tax relief to taxpayers and quit borrowing money to be spent well after the recession would normally be over.
Oh yeah, fix Dodd, Frank and their Fannie Maes, etc.

stimulus plan included middle-class tax cuts that are pumping more than $9 million a month into the pockets of Nebraskans, With a population of 1.7 million that is almost $5 a person, wow, what will they do with all that money?

Nelson is right.
We should just shut up like good little serfs and get our news from ABCNBCCBSCNNMSNBC, Time, Newsweek, NPR, The New York Times, and the Boston Globe. There's no need to go elsewhere!
Besides, if we have any more questions we can always query the DNC for our answers.
