Chloe looked like she wasn’t even buying what she was selling.

I agree.

It annoyed me more when the general looked at the picture in disgust and said, “The ‘80s are over! Get over it!” And, as I said in another post, Sarah’s “*I* didn’t name it” made me think it might have been more a joke about the culture glomming onto Obama than an “ooh, got to show our support for the Big O” moment.

You said — Chloe looked like she wasn’t even buying what she was selling.

Well..., if you have been watching the show all along, you know that she never looks like she is buying what she is selling...

Well, that reminds me of the “Saturday Serials” at the movie theaters, where you would come next Saturday to see how the hero got out of his predicament from the previous week...

It’s a great show, and I never see any of the commercials, fortunately, since I get it here...

I think it's telling that the general is portrayed as a by-the-book person who would just soon off Chuck as say hello to him, while Casey, despite his more emotionally based distaste for Chuck, is still sympathetic to the audience. Sarah... well... rrrrrowr!

But Tony chose to smother him--and with one hand!

And with part of his nose free!

When I heard about the LOM ending, that ended any hope of me ever watching it. The British original was better anyway.

Chuck was barely more than a blip compared to that.

“I don't think he did :)”

That's it! He is pretending to kill him. Yeah. That makes sense. You are an intuitive 24’er. May Jack Bauer bless you.

Yeah...I agree.

I loved the BBC LOM, although honestly speaking, the end had him committing suicide and falling into his dreams, rather than reality, which undoubtedly ended the moment he died.

The end was a mixed bag for me. However, I am glad the real Gene Hunt is back in Ashes To Ashes.

Isn’t he an amazing actor?

I don’t like Ashes to Ashes near as much as I liked LOM, but I love the character of Gene Hunt.

I liked Harvey Keitel’s iteration of the Gene Hunt character, as well...
