Republican districts followed the law and invalidated absentee ballots that weren't properly cast.
So did Democrat districts.
Franken sued to have absentee ballots recounted and revaluated in Democrat districts.
The challenges don't take account of what has happened at other stages of the election.
Bottom line is that all absentee ballots cast in total are not using the same measurement for validity. They're not being evaluated equally across the board. Some districts allow absentee ballots with problems while others disallow absentee ballots with the same problems.
It's going to end up in the Supreme Court.
Seems to me that if you can’t resolve an election that happened five months ago, then there is something fundamentally wrong with the system.
Ha!....This same bullshit happened in Washington States governors race! Just keep recounting until ACORN can find enough fraudulent ballots for the Libtard candidate to win!

It would seem that once these elections go to recounts the Dems have the advantage because they have no qualms about cheating. If Minnasotans want a diaper wearing goober to represent them, so be it. They will look like fools.
