Wow! I am packing my bags. Obama and the G20 authorized $1 trillion for the IMF!?!? Today!

This will go to the third world and cronies. 60+ days and he has spent what? $4 trillion!

God bless Texas.

Doesn't mean it isn't a good idea, even if it was just a joke.

I agree.

***I think texas actually had an embessy in London when they were briefly independent (I think it’s a BBQ restaurant now).***

Yes, they did and I’ve been there, although it was eleven years ago and I don’t know what kind of restaurant it is now. It was Tex/Mex then.

No. Not even now. We aren’t sinking. We have faced challenges and difficult periods in our short history. I must have far more faith in the American spirit than you do.

Logistically, secession is a silly idea. Think about it.

"If the people and government of a State decide to leave the Feds sitting by the side of the road for violating their "contract" with the state, what are the feds going to do... invade Texas, don't think so!"

I also don't think so. Let them try. I give my Word of Honor I will be there within a week. I've already warned my wife and made preparations. If Texas wants to fight against this Obamination, I will be there. I BS you not!

Having been a street activist in times past, I see this not as a "silly idea". While I see it as a potentially devastating matter for our Nation, there does come a point where "We The People" say enough! If Texas or any other State were to say we've had it with the Fedgov, I'd be there to support them.

FYI, there are 28 States that have resolutions pending that support States' rights (10th Amendment). Although they are just resolutions, that tells you something about what's happening across our land. Think about why so many States are doing so.

Looks like the U.S. Government will need to move all of the U.S. Military out of Texas.

"Looks like the U.S. Government will need to move all of the U.S. Military out of Texas."

Of course, that would be the first step. However, if Texas or any other State were to forcibly re-assert their States' rights against this growing Marxist/socialist/wannabe totalitarian Fedgov regime, I will lay odds that Patriots will flood such a State to defend her. I know I will, and I don't even know how. I'm a simple Aviation Sailor, but easily trained.

Push is coming to shove...stand by...and thank you for your Service. I only hope you and so million others believe in their Oath. Time will tell...

As thousands of former military Texans flow back in to setup and establish the Republic of Texas Military Forces... Sweet!
