If so, what would become the new global reserve currency

Got gold?

As for the so-called "New World Order", a bumper sticker said it best: "The New World Order has a Third Reich odor".

“This is the price of electing a pretender to high office! Particularly when the congress is being led by incompetent and unprincipled miscreants. It’s nearly too late for the real democrats to stand up and admit that they have screwed the pooch. In spite of the fact that they are wrong on most matters, I do believe that there are enough Democrats who love America to stop this coup if they see the writing on the wall. What a big IF, and what a narrow chance that this might come to pass.”

.
Unfortunately, the Globalists run the Democratic and Republican parties, the private cartel of bankers given the oxymoronic name Federal Reserve, the MSM.

Based on his history, I doubt the you’d be seeing much different under McCain.

McCain was for open borders, amnesty for illegals, stuffing as many guest workers in the country as possible, destroying our economy in the name of ‘man-made’ global warming, sundry bailouts, off-shoring our industrial base, etc.

I guess the answer's in that old WWII song:

"Praise the Lord, and pass the ammunition..."

Amen. While I'm proselytizing,

Here's my tip of the month: there is still a great pistol and ammo deal out there waiting for you. If you have waited too long to arm up, or if you want one more, look at the excellent milsurp CZ-52 pistol and 7.62X25 Tokarev ammo.

You can get a CZ-52 for about $200 at any gun show or at many gun stores. The ammo can be had for as low as 11 cents a round in any quantity you want. Extra mags are from $12 to $20 each.

The milsurp ammo is full metal jacket, firing an 85gr bullet at 1,600fps. These will go through car doors, kevlar helmets, kevlar vests etc like an icepick through butter. OTOH, they will also go through one bad guy and maybe hit a good guy behind him.

However, you can buy hollowpoints ("Wolf Gold" with brass shells) for about $19/50, or half the price of comparable 9mm JHPs. My test "Wolf Gold" JHP ammo expanded to .60 caliber, the same as my test 9mm JHPs.

So for $400, you could buy a CZ-52, 1,500 rounds of assorted ammo, and a few extra mags. OR, you could buy about 2/3s of a "brand name" pistol, and no ammo.

It's just a thought. This is a great bargain. The ammo is cheap and plentiful at all of the internet catalog sites. Don't wait, the libtards will soon slam the door on foreign gun and ammo imports, and the prices will go way up.

Another benefit of this pistol is that it is very accurate, with very fine sights. WIth this flat-shooting ammo, you can hit at 100 yards with ease. Downsides are brittle firing pins (buy a spare, and don't dry fire) and a decocking function that you should not trust. Just lower the SA hammer like a 1911. The safety works like a 1911, so if you are used to 1911s, it will be very easy to use the CZ-52

As much as I dislike McCain’s positions, he wasn’t likely to be running for dictator of the world. I see a distinct difference in intent with this group. They are power hungry beyond imagination and infused with the least principled of the clintonistas.

Right on! I hope that this ‘chaos’ is causing all Chritians to be on their knees...the real ones, that is. We have always had pretenders who mock the real ones as being alarmists.

Schiff now predicts that gold will climb to $2,000 per ounce in response to the U.S. dollar dropping "like a stone" and losing its status as the global reserve currency.

Schiff reportedly has a blah record with his investment business, a matter of timing in which he doesn't excel. If so, don't invest in the short run just by following his advice.

Long term, his analysis of the economy sounds correct to me. I like his idea of letting the market work, in part by letting people and companies fail.
