Except for definition #3, he sure seems to fit the description.

Without the help of these people he would never have gotten into office in the first placeHe purely a liberal trying to help reinvent economic policy so that socialism will thrive and Democrats will stay in power during our lifetimes. And he would not be where he is without US citizens overspending, the George Bush administration overspending, the GOP being clueless and John McCain being helpless. He's just an amateur politician with good timing, powerful backers and the right skin color.
