I don’t get these hippies. They want us to sit around the dark for an hour. For what purpose to remember the days of living in caves with no indoor plumbing, no phones etc.
Is this what we are supposed to look forward to?

I dont get these hippies. They want us to sit around the dark for an hour. For what purpose to remember the days of living in caves with no indoor plumbing, no phones etc. We get hours, sometimes days, and once weeks of that when Mother Nature knock down our power lines.
Not a problem -- we just crank up the woodstoves and release CO2 and other byproducts. If Grannie Gaia didn't like that I doubt she'd give us the opportunity (to snuggle before a warm fire).

I will forget about this by tomorrow, so will most people.
Do they really think people are going to sit around and pick their noses on Saturday night?

Millions of people living in poverty in third world countries is much more harmful to the planet than progress or “unsustainable development.” The more prosperous a nation is the less likely it is to spew pollutants into the air. No?

Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth I fully support the Earth.
That's why, instead of just one hour, I'm going to turn my lights off from 7:00 AM til 7:00 PM tomorrow!

I dont get these hippies. They want us to sit around the dark for an hour. Don't worry - they'll still have the gentle glow of the bong to aid them in finding the chips.
