They need to drop this BS prosecution altogether.
Axis Sally's legal team wasn't smart enough to try this defense after WWII when she was convicted of treason for her broadcasts in Nazi Germany (while she engaged in criminal and deceiptful exploitation of American POWs in Germany, she was ultimately convicted of treason for a fictional drama).
I misread this at first, and thought the judge was denying the defense the right to see everything. But he’s denying the prosecutors.

The ONLY reason these marines are being prosecuted is because the press made a big thing of it and lied about it. And now the prosecutors don’t want to admit that they were wrong. The press seems to have dropped Haditha like a hot potato.

If you are not sure of the appropriate abbreviations for our military members try looking them up.
Just use google and you can find them for each of the separate services.
Abbreviations differ from each service especially when you are looking for those ranks in the US Army, US Marine Corps and the US Air Force.
A US Marine Corps Staff Sergeant’s rank is abbreviated: “SSgt”... NOT “SS”.
SS = “Schutzstaffel”
