I know what you mean, that tangent about the bird flu kinda threw up a red flag
.
.
I was thinking, what is this Praetorian guard capable of? How far will they go? Tuskegee came to mind. Tuskegee was a correction institution in the South where healthy men were infected with syphilis to try to ascertain effectiveness of different antibiotics. When I first read about Tuskegee, it was inconceivable to me, that in US, on American soil the doctors, that take a Hippocratic oath are colluding with pharmaceuticals and the government to act like some Dr. Mengele in Oswenzim or Treblinka Nazi concentration camps. Unfortunately, it really happened. Now let's fast forward to today. We have this Huge Ponzi scheme economy that is ready to blow up any moment, growing joblessness, half of the states restless and passing souvereignty bills, populace growing angry and outraged about the citizen of Indonesia and Kenya Usurper in Chief president refusing to provide his vital records. In the midst of this a report comes out about an American pharmaceutical company Baxter sending to Chech Republic, Slovenia and Germany bird flu vaccines that were found to contain actual deadly flu virus instead of the vaccine.(see article below) European and Canadian media report it. Our garbage main stream, down stream media doesn't report a word. The incubation period of this virus is reported 3 months. If the person gets a shot, he wouldn't show symptoms for three months. If there is tainted lethal virus vaccination, that is done today, and the epidemic starts in three months, people will not know the source. Lethal epidemic might be just that one convenient excuse to activate those FIMA camps, round up Americans and institute Martial law. Of course this is only one of many hypotheticals, but that is why we need a true transparency instead of Obama's trade mark lies. We need to start with unsealing all of his records and go from there.
At that point in the process, they don't record the "dissent". Nor do they give any reason for not granting cert. Your case just doesn't get its day in court, and so the lower court's rulings stand. Of course most of them were thrown out on "standing" or "ripeness" grounds. None of them have looked at the evidence, or ordered any produced, either, AFAIK.
Yes, I’d forgotten the arrest for contempt of court line. Classic.
Perhaps she hasn’t noticed that we’ve moved well beyond the Clinton era - Citigroup committed blatant securities law violations this week; Geithner, Rangel, et al. are admitted tax cheats; Frank, Dodd & Pelosi would be guillotined in another era, yet there’s not a hint of legal action against any of them.
The Clinton judicial appointee who recently dismissed one of these cases threatened the lawyer who brought it with Rule 11 sanctions. That’s actually inappropriate because there are plenty of good faith reasons to bring this case - in contrast to many others in which the lawyers never hear a peep from the judge about Rule 11. But that’s one of the clubs they’ll use. As of Jan. 20 @ noon Eastern, penalties are reserved for non-Democrats. It’s only a matter of time before she loses her bar license. I wonder what state admitted her?
California. I checked. Incidentally, California is the only state in the union where you may be admitted to the bar with an on-line law degree - figures.
If you read Taitz’s piece, she says that she asked about the other cases that have been denied by the court and she said Scalia looked baffled and said he didn’t remember any of them.
“California. I checked. Incidentally, California is the only state in the union where you may be admitted to the bar with an on-line law degree - figures.”
I didn’t even know that you could get an on-line law degree. Hard to believe. And CA is the longest & supposedly hardest bar exam. Of course, it’s probably a great choice if you’re prone to writing rambling, loony essays.
Thanks for the info - if it’s CA, there will be plenty of Marxists lined up to file complaints againt her.

While there is a growing consensus among prudent men that Barak Obama must be removed from office at the earliest opportunity, there are few legal ways to do so.
A few more missteps and 4 justices might suggest this legal convenience.

Correct, and pushing a phony lawsuit that doesnt even have standing and is based on the false premise that BHO wasnt born in Honolulu (when he was) isnt it.
We need to man up and realize that 64 million Americans voted in a neo-Marxist.
We need to man up and stand up agains this dictator.
We need to get the stupid Obama voters to feel remorse for the violation and the evil that they have done to this country by foisting such a bad man on America.
We need Obama to become as popular as cholera, defeat Democrats in 2010 and defeat him in 2012.
That’s the only way.

Why does it always appear that fringe, crazy, less than educated people are always the ones who have seeming legitimate causes to challenge an overreaching government?
Never have I seen someone “rational” challenge the powers that be.
Could it be the propaganda machine of discreditation slurring good people? After all, it does happen.
But that would just be a lunatic hallucination according to the official government, who brushes off the challenge.
We are invincible. No peon will take us down.
Actually it was closer to 67M but therein lies the rub. President Obama is a plurality leader who received support from 31% of the electorate.
We need to get the stupid Obama voters to feel remorse for the violation
I submit to you that in a democratic republic it may be easier to get the 69% who didn't support the magic negro to stand up.
I can't speak to everyone that's "questioned the man", but this lady is clearly not a competent attorney. I don't base this on what I've read about her, but by what I've read by her. Her pleadings, her public statements to the media, and the ones written directly by her make me seriously question her capabilities as an attorney.
I suspect polished attys are steering away from this political hot potato. Think of what the legal fees would be for a top notch legal team.
I hate to see the message lost because of a less than blockbuster performance. As usual, people want to throw out the messinger because they don’t see showmanship.
Our nation has degraded to last ditch constitutional challenges by seemingly incompetents.
We are in trouble.
You said — “These plaintiffs need to get away from this woman. I know from a recent posting of her writing that she cant even spell.”

I thought it was kind of crazy to ask the Supreme Court justice about a case that would be making its way to him and others — *about* that very case... LOL..
Just plain weird...
Just plain weird...
Oh it is soooo weird that an attorney got to ask a question to Scalia, who made himself available after a speaking engagement, about her recent case that went to the Supreme Court, and is working on a similar case.
Ooh, that's soooo wierd. Just plain weird!
BTW, where is Michael Michael?
You said — “Ooh, that’s soooo wierd. Just plain weird!”

Seems like we’ve been here before... LOL...
[ ... Lawyer: Ummm..., judge, Im bringing this case before you and I was wondering if you could tell me how youre going to decide this case, so I know before I present it in court. You wouldnt mind, would you?
Judge: No problem..., we should be able to figure this case out before you get here and have all the problem solved. It should take no time at all to get this case done in court, and then we can go out for beer later... ]

Ummm..., did you hiccup on the name “Michael”... :-)
When I was just a little boy all the bullies picked on me, I was literally a mommas boy, I could not fight at all, my dad would get all upset because he was a Marine demolitions expert.
So he came up with this plan, he told me there are more of them, they are bigger than you, and you cannot fight worth shit.
He said, “Get crazy on them” And all my life I have found that it was an effective strategy, in my later years as an intelligence assets organizer I always had that well improved “crazy card” available when it appears that I have nothing else to use to win that game or scenario.
Computers cannot predict crazy, the more intelligent people are borderline insane anyway, so if there is people that appear insane or a bit on the wild side, give them some respect, I know if I had to face Chuck Norris I would probably bow down to him. Mel Gibson anyone?
You know, your fellow traveler. You've recently conversed with him.

He is usually around here somewhere? I thought you might know.

I had to go to those links and see what you were talking about, because I don’t know who that is. And as I looked at it, I could see why. One was me included in a ping list with him on it. Another was him posting to me. Another was me posting a response to that one that he posted (which I pretty much *always* respond to anyone who posts to me)... and that was about it.
I guess you missed my comment on these threads a long while back in which I said I didn’t pay attention to who was posting, but just to the comment that was given. Pretty much of the time, I’ll be posting to a “name” that I have no idea who it is — just something that I see and post to the content and that’s about it.
Sometimes I remember a name from earlier in the day, but I don’t know them from day-to-day, because it doesn’t make any difference. I don’t care who it is.
Now, on the other hand, if I see a stupid comment, like some that you might post, then it will look like a good one to post an answer to. But, would I know that you were the stupid one who posted it? Nahhh..., I wouldn’t bother trying to remember you... :-)
