I think you are in the wrong site.

Haven’t you heard? Obama won the election. Rush leads the Conservative battle. If the Dems are retreating, they lost.

Unless Rush’s influence extends into the way rino’s vote and results in influencing the electorate, a tactical retreat by the dems is meaningless.

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said "enough is enough" when it comes Democrats delighting in the hullabaloo over Rush Limbaugh.

In other words, Rush is 'cleaning their clocks' - ratings soaring & the Dem's "fun" isn't so much fun anymore.

The ploy was stupid anyway. The politics of personal destruction of a private citizen goes down the maw of American citizens like boiling oil.

Attacking Rush, a commentator and celebrity, is very very obvious to everyone and seen as an attempt to distract attention from an incompetent president Zero.

Face it. We are in the midst of not only High School Musical, but High School President.

SCROOMED...

Oh, darn! They’ve caught on to us. Now Rush has to come up with another way to trick them.

The Dems had a tiger by the tail. You’d think they’d know better than to mess with Rush. He’s spent over 20 years kicking liberal azz. The current White House hierarchy consists of the same tired hacks that he’s been skewering since the first days of Bubba’s administration. Easy pickings for the Maharushi.

“Howard Dean... the Peter Principle at work.”

Since Dean took over the DNC, the Dems regained majority control of Congress and retook the White House. What was Dean’s reward? Nothing, cast aside like a despised, red headed step child.

If anyone needed proof that there is a God...

Rush has 5 million new listeners who want to see what all the hullabaloo is all about... This one’s going to backfire on the dems...

...he also says enough is enough. Which means it’s not working for the demholes. If it was working, they’d keep it up.

You wny, understand democrats. Too bad the suck up press can't see what they're up to...

Rush says that since the attacks on him began, he's doubled his ratings. And while the Arbitrons probably aren't in yet to back that up, there's no doubt, that a large number of people have tuned in for the first time to find out what all the hub bub is about, and gotten a dose of sound conservative thinking that doesn't jibe with denorat portrayals of it.

That's a BIG win. The war with the dems; the rebuilding of a conservative party is going to have to happen from the grassroots up; it ain't, as we've seen, going to come from the top, because the people at the top got us into this mess by trying to be demo-lite.

Ideologically, and politically the Democrats are way more honest, forthright, strong then Republicans. The Democrats actually mean what they say, and so far for the last 100 years, have acted upon it.

Your logic has a huge hole in it. While Democrats may stand by their policies, they are not honest about it. They lie their asses off in order to get elected, they are NOT forthright either. They do keep after their agenda, but they are by no means honest and forthright about it. They have been lying about conservatives and capitalism for the last 60 years in this country and for some reason you think lying to their constituents in order to keep them on the plantation is honest and forthright.

I have no problem with Democrats lying. It’s what they do. Just like scorpions stinging.

Democrats have advocated and worked for and gotten a higher tax, welfare state with less political and economic freedoms.

Republicans have advocated the opposite, but with the temporary speed bumps of Coolidge and Reagan, not delivered.

Why? Because big business, big finance loves big government too.

So, for me, the Republican talking points are boob bait for Republican voters. The GOP always, always has a reason for why they failed this year, but next year they will be different. It’s as if Republican voters are abused housewives, every year we take them back.

It was always a risk on one basis - ask Howard what he has to do to get 20 million (or whatever) people to listen to him at once. Press conferences, press releases, sympathetic media, and maybe a week's workup? What Rush has to do is sit down at his desk. Every day. And the harder the Dems smear the more that number goes up.

That is definitely a no-win situation. The idea was to disempower the Republican leadership, but it's all of a month old and nobody knows much about them yet. Two years from now it might have been a pretty clever strategem. Right now they're just playing with themselves. "Ha ha, we're so clever and Rush is so dumb" isn't going to win an election that won't take place for another couple of years. But it does make them feel good about themselves, and what's more important than that?

The thing is, you claimed dems were honest and forthright, you are wrong on both counts. Now you tell me that you have no problem with them lying because it is what they do. You either think they are honest and forthright or you know they are liars, which is it?

The reason the republicans have a hard time winning elections lately is because of the demwits we have in the party posing as republican politicians. They are lying also, they want the same things democrats want but lie to our face when it is near election time and the voters continue to elect them.

The republican party is dead unless it can dump the RINOs and go back to being conservatives. Conservatives who speak the truth have no problem being elected. The problem is we have very few conservative republicans in Office or running for office.
