Whenever one of those silly right wing nuts files another law suit asking for Bammy to show his BC, then the defense attorney can just enter this movie-to-be as evidence, and the case will immediately be dismissed.

That was not even purported to be a copy of any original document. Just an abstract or copy of *some* of the information on the original.
Plus, "the Press" did not photograph it. FactCheck.org supposedly did. Fact Check is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center which is funded by the Annenberg Foundation as is the Annenberg Challenge, for whom Obama and Bill Ayers, unrepentant domestic terorist, both worked, at the same time.

THey are LYING! They are referring to the certificate of live birth that has already been proven to be a fake, not to mention the information that someone dug out, that Hawaii was giving some version of birth certificate to anyone whose parents were living in Hawaii, regardless of where the child was born — you could just go and register the birth.

Yes, and one of them is: Why don't any hospitals in Hawaii show that Obama's mother, Anne, had been a patient, admitted, or even discharged from any of the hospitals that her family has said (the family has mentioned two different hospitals, in itself puzzling) Obama was born at? How could he have been born in a hospital that does not have a record of his mother being hospitalized as a patient at the (supposed) time of his birth?
It is President Transparency’s fault. He won’t give his okay to open his passport, school, or BC files. This is commonly know as guilty behavior.

Given the HIPAA regulations that were enacted in 1996, there is no way of knowing whether his mother was a patient of any hospital or not. I'm very dubious of claims that I've seen stating "Ann Dunham wasn't a patient at INSERTHOSPITALNAME." There' no way of knowing because no hospital would confirm or deny. HIPAA is very specific in this regard.
But, I'm curious why no one has just asked Obama. It's a simple question with a simple answer. Furthermore, the guy has written TWO autobiographies, but not a mention of the hospital in which he was born. Isn't that a fairly fundamental fact one might have mentioned during the authoring of two autobiographies?
When simple questions with simple answers are mysteries, it leads to big conspiracy theories.

Only a dummy would make the quoted assertion without providing the photograph or a reference to it. Photos of the CoLB do not count!
Let’s be clear. This “conspiracy theory” is fed by “guilty behavior” on the part of the person against whom fraud has been charged. Nobody reacts the way he’s done on this issue unless they have something bad to hide.
Did you notice in the article that Ann is referred to as “Ann Durham” instead of Ann Dunham? LOL Way to go with an article which has errors in it before it is even presented. What a crock of horse puckey!
