My favorite billboard ever occurred here in Charleston SC during the Clinton years. Two local radio hosts had their gigantic pictures on a billboard to advertise their show. The first host ( don't remember his name, not important ) had his name beneath his picture. It was explained the second host wasn't available for the photographer so they have to use a substitute picture. The picture was Monica Lewinsky and the host was named BJ. It was up for a couple of months.

Today or yesterday Rush said Carville was born in Roswell.

That would be 1947 which would be too early.

Possibly Carville's father.
