Been saying all along that it isn’t going away. Probably the only way to get rid of him and his gang of thugs. Most folks just can’t believe that anyone would be so brazen and arrogant as to try to pull this sort of thing off but he is just the sort. You don’t have to look in the sack to see what its full of. Lots of us smelled it first

His BC will impact on the 2012 elections
By then people will be sick of the Magic Kenyan and will demand proof he is eligible
I think he is eligible but has other embarrassing stuff on his BC that will lose the 2012 election for him

Same as the Kenyan keeps his other embarrassing documents from scrutiny such as his student loans and college transcripts. We know he lied on his bar application when he denied he had other names (Barry Sotero)

You know, I’ve listened to Savage a handful of times, but he comes on the same time as Levin.

Both are available free from iTunes as Podcasts.

That is a possibility I haven't thought of, but the evidence is against that possibility. He conspired with Congress to give him and McCain both a pass on their places of birth when they passed a resolution of sorts saying that they both qualified, in spite of not being native born. They tried to change the constitutional requirement without an amendment and it became known what their little deal was about even before people would question Obammys' place of birth.

That's why I say the evidence points to that possibility rather than yours.

Good point but I bet if Mossad had the goods on Obama they would blackmail him and extort concessions on how to deal with the fascist mullahs and Iranian nukes.

But if I could influence Mossad in such a scenario I would advise them to get the truth out and let Americans have a new election with International monitors trailing ACORN scum everywhere they go in a new election. And I would have licensed armed security following those monitors.

But in fact no one knows if the birth scandal is legit or not. What troubles me and has troubled me from the start is Obama has not stepped up to the plate and released all these records he has hidden and sealed. He needs to do it for one reason only and it would help his cause greatly if he did so. That reason would be ‘credibility’.

I heard him when he suggested, ‘oh by the way, include me in on that too!’

If Obama were vulnerable on where he was born, why didn’t Hillary use it against him? If he can be forced out of the White House over this foreign birth issue now, surely he could have been squeezed out of the primaries by someone threatening to reveal his secret.

Easy answer: Hillary wanted to run for president with Obama as her veep. They would have their Dem coalition of women and minority supporters.

Has Hillary exposed him as not being a natural born citizen, many Obama supporters would have been furious at her and may have sat out the November election.

She did want him on the ticket, just not on top.

Before the convention Hillary people gave information to the McCain staff so that McCain could expose Obama without her suffering -- and giving her the top slot again. But 1) McCain had his own problems on this issue and 2) his campaign was just too afraid of the "R" word.

... vulnerable on where he was born

It's not just about where he was born. Even if he was born in Hawaii, he may not have been a natural born citizen by having dual allegiances through his father's conferring British citizenship upon him. (The SCOTUS has never precisely defined the term "natural born citizen.")

And even if he was a natural born citizen at birth, he forfeited that when Leo Soetoro adopted him and gave him Indonesian citizenship. The best he can be after that is a [re]naturalized citizen.

... surely he could have been squeezed out of the primaries

The real accumulation of evidence began long after the primaries had ended, and just shortly before the conventions.

Sure, if she did it openly. But if she had the information she would have put pressure on him privately to get out of the race. It would have been hard to connect the story with her if she'd used it.

It's not just about where he was born. Even if he was born in Hawaii, he may not have been a natural born citizen by having dual allegiances through his father's conferring British citizenship upon him. (The SCOTUS has never precisely defined the term "natural born citizen.")

Since you can't take the presidency away from James Buchanan, or Chester Arthur, or Woodrow Wilson, or Herbert Hoover, that argument is probably a non-starter.

And even if he was a natural born citizen at birth, he forfeited that when Leo Soetoro adopted him and gave him Indonesian citizenship. The best he can be after that is a [re]naturalized citizen.

But we don't know that such an event ever happened. Given his mother's unorthodox ways, I doubt it did. More likely she just told the school her son was Indonesian and Muslim to get the authorities off her back.

The real accumulation of evidence began long after the primaries had ended, and just shortly before the conventions.

For you and me sure. But somebody would have been researching this all along if there was substance to it.

“But somebody would have been researching this all along if there was substance to it.”

To argue that p must be false because nobody has proven it true is a non-argument.

It’s the same weak premise that has fooled most of the country into believing Obama is eligible: “Surely those brilliant, upstanding government officials would never have allowed an ineligible candidate to run for president.”

The honeymoon for this creep is definitely over. Some members of Zer0’s own party are already getting fed up with this human wrecking ball. I’m sure they don’t like what has happened to the market since Election Day anymore than conservatives do. When the anger reaches critical mass maybe, just maybe this issue will receive a fair hearing.
