Now, we’re starting to admit there is a problem, and will ignore the explicit wording of the Constitution to boot!

The liberals keep telling us the Constitution is a living breathing document, that has to be re-interpreted to keep up with changing times. The timeless values and principles in the Constitution aren’t keeping up with changing times, they tell us.

Wow, so if 1 million Americans exercised their 2nd Amendment Right in a march on D.C., then that means the city must be open carry!

Not really much different than the “Equality of Outcome” philosophy that the Dems adhere to. The objective defines the means and if the objective is met it is de facto ‘Legitimate’.
Get ready for much, much more of this crap.

Sounds like the people of Floriduh need to check his eligibility as well.
He was born in Sagua La Grande, CUBA.
Now why do you think he said what he did?
I don’t care if he is an “R”.

He’s an idiot. The constitution is the supreme law of the land and can’t even be overridden by the will of the voters without a long process of changing it.

Mel “Scarface” Martinez is a piece of crap RINO.
Not to be confused with former Gov. Bob Martinez who got CCW passed in FL back in the 1980s.
We are going to get this one to SCOTUS. This is not Cuba so go back Scarface.

Retards like Martinez are why the GOP is a minority party.
Fl is rapidly becoming a lost cause.

My take on it too. So, there IS a problem here but because ACORN fabricated sufficient votes by one of Mel’s own constituents, Mickey Mouse, to outnumber those who didn’t vote for Odumbo then that tired ol’ Constitution thingy can just be put aside in this instance?
Say now, there’s some wisdom from one of our elected o-fish-ulls! Lord help us, if ever there was a case for only being able to vote if you PAID taxes and didn’t RECEIVE someone else’s tax dollars, this past election was it.
To: Red Steel
Would Mel Martinez please explain if fully 52% of the popular vote is the minimum necessary to ignore the U.S. Constitution or would he settle for for a mere plurality?
