I think Arnold is in a "no-win" situation in California.

Well, he certainly is now. But who put him there? Gray Davis was recalled because the budget was out of control. Arnold was elected to reform the mess Davis left. Instead, he issued long-term bonds by the billions and increased spending enormously, doing absolutely nothing to plan for a rainy day.

If you spend hugely in prosperous times, then you'll suffer for it when times get tight. Sure, the Dems did much of the spending, but Arnold worked closely with them and did NOTHING to put a lid on it. Even now, he is worshipping the biggest spender of them all, Obama, and promising carbon credit programs that will double the deficit.

Yes, it's too late now to fix this mess without incredible, major pain. Whose fault is that?

All in all, I think he is probably doing as well as anybody else could in that position.

NOT. This joker has been worse than most anyone I could think of.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's dream of becoming the first "post-partisan" governor has finally come true - he's equally disliked by Republicans and Democrats.

Ok lib rag, I'll give it to you, that's funny.

His alienation of Republicans hasn't really helped Schwarzenegger among Democrats, who are thumbs down on him in the latest poll - 33 percent positive to 57 percent negative.

Republicans pandering to Democrats never works. Someday the Republican leadership will learn this fact.
