if you really believe it, then make the taxes EXACTLY THE SAME PERCENTAGE FOR EVERYONE... then give an option on the form for higher tax percentages if the person feels like giving more.

and anyone that thinks we have a voluntary tax system, **cough** head moron Reid **cough**, doesn't actually pay taxes.
